Motion Imagery Tools (MITools) Software
Overview
MITools applications are designed to address key motion imagery exploitation and analysis needs within the DoD, the intelligence community, and the commercial community. MITools applications run on standard Microsoft Windows 2000/XP devices and are interoperable with SAIC Video Processing Capability (VPC) Primary Image Capture Transformation Element (PICTE), Community Motion Imagery Library (CMIL) and Digital Exploitation Element (DEE).
MITools is a motion imagery standards profile (MISP)-compliant suite of applications designed to produce MISP-compliant intelligence products. MITools applications are interoperable with other MISP-compliant and commercial standards-compliant systems and specialized tools (i.e., still imagery, ELTs, and others). MITools applications are commercial products developed and licensed by SAIC.
