Technical Specifications

UCAMS is comprised of two major components, a central server containing an Oracle database/Stronghold Web Server, and a UCAMS client (agent) that runs on each of the managed systems/databases. There are UCAMS agents for many of the common systems/databases in use today. New agents can be readily developed by the UCAMS development staff through the use of a template agent module that contains the common underlying agent infrastructure code.

System requirements necessary to install and utilize UCAMS at optimal performance:
Password For maximum security, user selects from a list of 50 passwords (random string of numbers, letters, special characters generated by the system).
Scaleability UCAMS is scaleable up to thousands of users and hundreds of thousands of accounts.
Required System Hardware UNIX system.
Required System Software Oracle database (version 7.3.4 or higher) and Stronghold Web Server (version 2.3 or higher).
User Interface Web
Maintenance and Support Maintenance services including product updates and phone support are available. Support is based on purchase price and renewed annually.
Daily Operation Product operation can be performed by internal help desk and security personnel within your company. Alternately, you may contract SAIC to perform these services through the North American Integrated Services Management Center (NAISMC).
