Application Name Changes and Improvements Made to the BNY Mellon Shareowner Services Web Site

BNY MellonOne Portal and Stock Options/Restricted Stock Awards Systems Will Be Unavailable Periodically on Saturday, April 26
Beginning Saturday, April 26, 2008, BNY Mellon Shareowner Services will be performing an upgrade to its system. During this maintenance period, participants' account access to the MellonOne Portal on BNY Mellon's system will be unavailable between approximately 10 a.m. and noon ET. Additionally, access to the Stock Options/Restricted Stock Awards system via BNY Mellon’s web site and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) will also be inaccessible between approximately 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. ET on Saturday, April 26, 2008.- 25 Mar 2008

As a result of the merger between The Bank of New York and Mellon Financial Corporation, Mellon Investor Services is now known as BNY Mellon Shareowner Services.
