Online Access to Stockholder Materials
Now you can get fast, online access to stockholder materials. SAIC is pleased to offer all of our stockholders the benefits and convenience of electronic delivery of stockholder materials.
E-Delivery Enrollment
To enroll for electronic delivery of stockholder materials you will access a third-party secure web site through Broadridge. This resource is not managed by SAIC. To initiate the enrollment process you will first be asked to select a shareholder category (see below).
Your enrollment in the online program will remain in effect as long as your account remains active or until you cancel it. If your email address changes, please revisit the enrollment site to update your information.
Shareholder Categories
Registered Shareholders
You are a Registered Shareholder if you have your SAIC stock registered in your name at BNYMellon. Please have your BNYMellon Account Key which can be found on an Investor Activity Report (IAR).
Beneficial Shareholders
You are a Beneficial Shareholder if you hold your SAIC shares in a brokerage account.
Plan Participants
You are a Plan Participant if you only hold shares through the SAIC Retirement Plan.
Foreign Investors
You are a Foreign Investor if you do not have a U.S./Canadian Social Security Number or Tax ID associated with your account.
Benefits of E-Delivery Service
Registered and beneficial stockholders that enroll will receive email notification and online access to:
- Proxy statements and convenient online proxy voting
- SAIC Annual Report
- Related stockholder materials
Additional benefits of this service include:
- The quickest delivery possible of stockholders materials
- Reduction in the amount of mail that stockholders receive
- Reduction of company costs for printing, postage and mailing associated with traditional delivery methods, which allows us to reduce expenses and deliver more value to our stockholders

SAIC Employees
Please note that currently all active SAIC employees are automatically enrolled in this service and do not need to enroll.
Important Note
For stockholders who hold SAIC shares with different financial institutions or with the SAIC Retirement Plan (except current active employees), you must complete the E-Delivery enrollment process for all of your bank or brokerage accounts that hold SAIC shares.
