You should click on "I do not have a Personal ID," select the radio button next to "Access ID" and enter your "Access ID."

QA-2. I do not know my Access ID

For SAIC employees, the Access ID is in the following format: SAI + Employee Number (no spaces). If you have less than a six digit employee number, add the appropriate number of zeros in front to make it a six digit number.

For non-SAIC employees, the Access ID is in the following format: SAI + Investor ID (no spaces). Your Investor ID can be found at the top of any of your Equity Holdings account statement.

QA-3. I do not remember my PIN Number

Click on "Forgot Password" after entering your Access ID and enter the information you used to initially set up your original online access. Another PIN number will be sent to the email address on file. If your email address is not on file, another PIN number will be mailed to your address of record.

If the system does not recognize you or if your information does not match Computershare's records, call Computershare at (866) 400-SAIC (7242) and ask the Customer Service Representative (CSR) for your Access ID and a new PIN number. A new PIN number will be mailed to your address of record.

Allow 10 business days to receive your PIN number via regular mail. If you have an urgent transaction that is time sensitive, you should be able to complete that transaction on the phone with the CSR.

QA-4. I am a new employee and I never received my Access ID or my PIN number in the mail
