The following is a login problem resolution guide for the Computershare Investor Centre™ web site.

How do I recover my password?
- Select Login from the Investor Centre homepage.
- Enter the User ID you established when you signed up for the Investor Centre website.
- Select “Forgot Password?” link.
- Answer 2 of the security questions you established when you signed up for the Investor Centre website.
- If your questions are answered successfully, you will receive a temporary password to the email address confirmed when you signed up for Investor Centre.
How do I recover my User ID?
- Select Login from the Investor Centre homepage.
- Select “Forgot User ID?” link.
- Enter the email address you confirmed when you signed up for Investor Centre.
- You will receive an email within seconds, which will confirm the User ID you chose when you signed up for the Investor Centre website.
- If the email address you provide does not match the email address confirmed on your Investor Centre account, you will receive an email indicating no account information was found. You may try an alternate email address as often as necessary.
How do I get a Postal Access Code?
On occasion, Computershare may need to confirm security information to the mailing address on your account. This security mailing is called a Postal Access Code.
If you are prompted to enter a postal access code, but have not received one, you may request a new mailing by selecting the link on the page.
Please be sure to allow adequate mail delivery time before requesting a new postal access code.
Why must I confirm my email address?
Your email address is used for critical communications regarding your Investor Centre account, including User ID and Password recovery features.
Before enabling these sensitive communications, Computershare will send a numeric code to that email address. By entering that numeric code, your email address is confirmed and enabled for these functions.
