MLink(SM)
MLink is an electronic document delivery service available through Computershare Shareowner Services ("Computershare"). MLink provides access to certain documents and correspondence electronically rather than receiving paper copies in the mail from Computershare.
SAIC, Inc. common stockholders can access their SAIC, Inc. Common Stock Statements and tax documents using a secure customized online mailbox that is available 24/7. Please note: Pre and post reclassification IARs that were issued just before and immediately after the stock reclassification in November 2009, as well as the 2009 Form 1099-B, will be accessible via stockholders' MLink Inbox through December 31, 2010. All other class A preferred IARs and Form 1099-Bs will be removed after June 4, 2010.

- Access to your IRS Form 1099-B (if you sold shares using the Computershare share selling program)
- Email notification when a new statement or document is available on MLink
- Ability to view, download and print current and historic account statements and tax documents without having to search through paper files or call Computershare
Keep in mind:
- You are not required to enroll in MLink.
- Computershare sends MLink notification emails through Kubra, an outside e-delivery vendor. Notification emails will come from the following email address: mlink@bpo.kubra.com.
- If you do not enroll, paper copies of statements will be mailed to your address of record.
- Stockholders who own vested shares of SAIC, Inc. common stock held in the Equity Holdings application may enroll in MLink.
- MLink enrollment is based on your Investor ID number. Your Investor ID number can be found on any statement from Computershare. When you enroll in MLink, any account with the same Investor ID number will be automatically enrolled in MLink. If you have any other accounts at Computershare with a different Investor ID number, you will need to separately enroll in MLink for these accounts.
- MLink is a service that Computershare provides as the Transfer Agent for SAIC. As the Transfer Agent, Computershare is responsible for maintaining stockholder records and recording acquisitions and dispositions of SAIC stock among other functions. Documents related to functions where Computershare serves as the Stock Plan Administrator for SAIC, such as statements or confirmations related to SAIC stock options, restricted stock awards and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) enrollments and contributions are not available through MLink. Consequently, the SAIC, Inc. Employee Stock Purchase Plan Statement will not be available through MLink and will only be mailed to your address of record.
- Once enrolled in MLink, you will have the ability to cancel your enrollment and receive paper statements for any future statements or tax documents produced.
