Electronic Delivery
Computershare will upload any statements or tax forms produced to your online account. A copy will also be mailed to your address on file; however, should you wish to stop receiving these statements and/or tax forms via regular mail and instead be notified via email of those documents becoming available in your online account, you may do so by enrolling in electronic notification. You may enroll for electronic notification by accessing your account online.
Keep in mind:
- You are not required to enroll in electronic delivery.
- If you do not enroll, paper copies of statements will be mailed to your address of record.
- Electronic delivery is a service that Computershare provides as the Transfer Agent for SAIC. As the Transfer Agent, Computershare is responsible for maintaining stockholder records and recording acquisitions and dispositions of SAIC stock, among other functions.
- Once enrolled in electronic delivery, you will have the ability to cancel your enrollment and receive paper statements for any future statements or tax documents produced.
