Enroll, Change or Cancel MLink(SM) Profile and View Statements on MLink

Steps to Enroll in MLink℠

1. Log on to the EquityAccess Portal.
2. Click on the Details button next to Equity Holdings.
3. Click on the MLink navigation at the top of the screen.
4. Click the Continue button at the bottom of the next screen.
5. Read the Terms and Conditions on the next screen and click on Accept if you accept the Terms and Conditions.
6. Enter your email address in the two boxes and click Save.

Note: MLink enrollment is based on your Investor ID number. Your Investor ID number can be found on any statement from Computershare. If you have existing accounts that have different Investor ID numbers and you would like your existing accounts to be enrolled in MLink, then you should follow the same steps above to enroll each account with a different Investor ID number.

You will receive an email confirming your enrollment at the email address you used to enroll. You are now successfully enrolled in MLink and are ready to view available documents by clicking the View Documents tab at the top of the page.

Steps to Change Your Email Address or Cancel Enrollment in MLink

Change Email Address

1. Log on to the EquityAccess Portal.
2. Click on the Details button next to Equity Holdings.
3. Click on the MLink navigation at the top of the screen.
4. Click on the MLink Profile navigation at the top of the next screen.
5. Enter the new email address in the two boxes and click Save.

Cancel Enrollment in MLink

1. Log on to the EquityAccess Portal.
2. Click on the Details button next to Equity Holdings.
3. Click on the MLink navigation at the top of the screen.
4. Click on the MLink Profile navigation at the top of the next screen.
5. Enter your registered email address (boxes should be prepopulated) on the next screen and click Decline.
6. Complete the cancellation of enrollment by clicking Yes on the next screen.

Steps to View Documents by Accessing MLink

After you have enrolled in MLink, you will be able to view your available statements online by following the steps below:

1. Log on to the EquityAccess Portal.
2. Click on the Details button next to Equity Holdings.
3. Click on the MLink navigation at the top of the screen.
4. Click on the MLink Inbox navigation at the top of the screen to view all accounts.
   • Under the Accounts/Company Name it will provide a list (and link) for all of your SAIC, Inc. accounts. Please note: The accounts will only be identified as SAIC, Inc. and will not indicate which link is for your class A preferred stock or common stock account.
     • If you have both SAIC, Inc. class A preferred stock and common stock accounts with the same Investor ID number, you will see two accounts listed as SAIC, Inc. To determine whether the account is for preferred stock or common stock, you will need to click on one of the SAIC, Inc. link to determine the appropriate account.
   • The SAIC, Inc. link for your common stock account will show all available common stock statements and tax documents (except for SAIC, Inc. Employee Stock Purchase Plan Statements and tax documents).
   • The SAIC, Inc. link for the preferred stock account will show all available preferred stock statements and tax documents. Please note: Pre and post reclassification IARs that were issued just before and immediately after the stock reclassification in November 2009, as well as the 2009 Form 1099-B, will be accessible via stockholders' MLink Inbox through December 31, 2010. All other class A preferred IARs and Form 1099-Bs will be removed after June 4, 2010.
5. Click on the MLink Profile navigation at the top of the screen to view your current email address.
6. Click on the View Documents navigation at the top of the screen to see all available statements and tax documents.
7. Click on the Document Help navigation at the top of the screen to assist you in reading your statement.
8. Click on the FAQ navigation at the top of the screen to view frequently asked questions about MLink.
