Transfer Shares to a Personal Broker: Medallion Signature Guarantee Can Now Be Obtained From Any Financial Institution

The SAIC Common Stock Transfer to Broker form no longer requires that the Medallion Signature Guarantee be obtained from the broker you are transferring the shares to. You may now obtain the Medallion Signature Guarantee from any bank, investment house or brokerage firm. Remember, if you are having difficulties obtaining a Medallion Signature Guarantee, you should contact your broker and have them take action to obtain the shares directly from BNY Mellon.
