BNY Mellon Shareowner Services: Employee Grants and Awards Module and Phone System Unavailable This Saturday, 6 a.m.-8 p.m. ET

On Saturday, February 21, 2009, BNY Mellon Shareowner Services will perform an upgrade to its system.
During this upgrade, access to the Employee Grants and Awards module on BNY Mellon via online and the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) telephone system will be unavailable between approximately 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET. BNY Mellon's Equity Access portal, Equity Holdings and ESPP systems will not be impacted.
