Application Name Changes and Improvements Made to the BNY Mellon Shareowner Services Web Site

BNY Mellon Shareowner Services has redesigned the MellonOne Portal and has been renamed the EquityAccess Portal.

Stockholders and optionees will continue to use their current access ID and PIN to log into the EquityAccess Portal. There is also a new URL for the BNY Mellon EquityAcesss Portal (www.cpushareownerservices.com).

The changes stockholders will notice in addition to the EquityAccess Portal name change are:

• The application Stock Options/Restricted Awards has been renamed Employee Grants and Awards. There is a new look and feel to the entire application that provides easier navigation and improves on the previous version.

• The application Stock Purchase, which provides employees access to enroll in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan ("ESPP"), view or change their contribution percentage, or withdraw from ESPP, has been renamed Employee Stock Purchase.

SAIC Stock Programs and SAIC Web & Collaboration Services are working together to make updates to ISSAIC and SAIC.COM to modify all references of MellonOne, Stock Options/Restricted Awards, and Stock Purchase to reflect the respective changes.
