View the Redesigned BNY Mellon Shareowner Services Employee Stock Purchase Application and Statements

BNY Mellon Shareowner Services has launched their redesigned employee stock purchase web site application, which features a new look and feel, easier navigation, and enhanced Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) account statements.

Starting today, ESPP participants can access the new web application. Individuals will continue to use their current access ID and PIN to log into the BNY Mellon EquityAccess Portal and then select the application, Employee Stock Purchase, located under My Accounts.

Stockholders and ESPP participants will notice significant improvements:

• In this completely redesigned site, the navigation throughout the entire application is easier and more intuitive.
• More content is displayed throughout the web pages to better assist participants in understanding functionality.
• ESPP statements have been redesigned to provide a greater level of detail including more ESPP cost basis information.
• Current and former ESPP participants can now view or print annual statements online for calendar years 2008 and forward. (Outstanding shares purchased prior to 2008 are reflected in their Equity Holdings [transfer agent] account.)
