Employee Grants and Awards Module and Phone System Unavailable This Saturday, 6 a.m.-8 p.m. ET

On Saturday, June 6, 2009, BNY Mellon Shareowner Services will perform maintenance on its systems.
During this maintenance period, access to the Employee Grants and Awards Module on BNY Mellon via online, and the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) telephone system will be unavailable from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET. BNY Mellon's Equity Access portal, Equity Holdings and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) systems will not be impacted.
