Online Access to Certain SAIC Class A Preferred Stock Information Extended Through December 31, 2010

This is an update to communications sent prior to the SAIC Stock Reclassification in November 2009, which stated stockholders would only have access to their class A preferred stock Investor Activity Report (IAR) via MLinkSM and their preferred account transaction history through May 31, 2010.
Online Access to Class A Preferred Stock Account Information
SAIC Stock Programs is pleased to announce that access to class A preferred account transaction history via the BNY Mellon EquityAccess Portal has now been extended through December 31, 2010.
SAIC stockholders enrolled in MLink, BNY Mellon's electronic document delivery service for stockholders with Equity Holdings accounts, currently have instant online access to their past SAIC class A preferred stock IAR statements. Stockholders, regardless of MLink enrollment status also have online access to their past class A preferred account transaction history via the BNY Mellon EquityAccess Portal.
Only Stock Reclassification IAR Statements Will Be Available on MLink After May 31, 2010
Pre and post reclassification IARs that were issued just before and immediately after the stock reclassification in November 2009, as well as any 2009 Form 1099-B, if applicable, will be accessible via stockholders' MLink Inbox through December 31, 2010. All other class A preferred IARs and Form 1099-Bs will be removed after June 4, 2010.
Take Action
Stockholders can obtain past class A preferred IARs and Form 1099-Bs before they are removed, by accessing the MLink Inbox in their Equity Holdings account via the BNY Mellon Equity Access Portal no later than June 4, 2010. Stockholders can also retrieve their documents and save them to their computer. All electronic documents are published in portable document format (PDF) by Adobe.
