Update on Computershare's Acquisition of BNY Mellon Shareowner Services
17 Jul 2012
Last year, BNY Mellon Shareowner Services was acquired by Computershare Shareowner Services.
Computershare (ASX:CPU) was founded in Melbourne, Australia in 1978 and is represented in all major financial markets. They are a global market leader in employee equity plans and transfer agency services.
Over the next several months, the BNY Mellon name will be replaced by the Computershare name on the Shareowner Services website, on ISSAIC and saic.com, on your statements and checks, and in their customer service center communications. However, there will be no other immediate changes to the stockholder systems or processes. You can continue to log onto your account using the same website and your existing Personal ID and Password. In addition, you can continue to contact the Shareowner Services customer service center using the same phone number you use today, 866-400-SAIC (7242) in the U.S. or 201-680-6625 if you are outside of the U.S.
Over the coming months, you will see enhanced functionality in the Computershare website. SAIC and Computershare are committed to providing you with information in advance of any changes.
If you have any questions regarding your account, please contact Computershare.
