Employee Stock Purchase Plan Module Unavailable Via Telephone and Online This Saturday and Sunday

On Saturday, August 15, 2009, BNY Mellon Shareowner Services will be performing maintenance on its systems.
During this maintenance period, participants will be unable to access the Employee Stock Purchase Plan module via the Interactive Voice Response telephone system or via online from approximately 5 p.m. ET on Saturday through 5 p.m. ET on Sunday. BNY Mellon's EquityAccess portal and the Equity Holdings systems will not be impacted.
