Computershare Has Acquired the Shareowner Services Business of The Bank of New York Mellon

On Dec. 31, 2011, Computershare acquired the Shareowner Services business of The Bank of New York Mellon. Founded in Melbourne, Australia, in 1978, Computershare (ASX:CPU) is a global market leader in transfer agency, share registration, employee equity plans, proxy solicitation and stakeholder communications. Over the first half of 2012, SAIC employees and stockholders will begin to see the Computershare name on all statements and documents, as well as on the web site used to access their SAIC account (s). There is no action needed by SAIC employees and stockholders at this time due to this transaction.
