Computershare Migration Completed-Stockholders Should Access Accounts Through Computershares' Web Site
4 Mar 2013
Dear Stockholder,
You will now access to your SAIC stock account information through Computershare's web sites. As previously communicated, Computershare, SAIC's current Transfer Agent and Stock Plan Administrator, acquired BNY Mellon Shareowner Services in late 2011. The transition process has been completed and all of your current and historical account information is now available on the Computershare system.
To assist in directing employees and other stockholders to the proper web site, we have created an SAIC-specific web site. This will then take you to the link for Computershare's Investor Centre web site.
When you initially set up your account on the Investor Centre web site, you will be asked to enter information to identify you and your account. You will then be asked to set up a new User ID and password for the account.
To view holdings associated with a different tax identification number, you must establish a separate web site account and User ID associated with that number.
Active and former employees of SAIC can select the Employee Online Portal link from www.computershare.com/saic to view their ESPP, stock option and unvested restricted stock grants as well as their directly registered transfer agent account.
Step-by-Step instructions for logging into your account or registering as a new user are available on www.computershare.com/saic.
If you have any questions, please contact Computershare at 1-866-400-SAIC (7242)
Thank you.
