Important Notes

Each stock and option holder should have received two separate letters regarding access to their BNY Mellon account. In addition, individuals who become eligible for the Employee Stock Purchase Plan but who did not previously have access will also be sent these two separate letters in order to allow them access to the ESPP under the "Employee Stock Purchase" application on the EquityAccess Portal.

•   The first letter provides your unique Access ID.
•   The second letter provides your unique PIN Number.

With these two pieces of information, you can access your BNY Mellon account for the first time online or by telephone. Be sure to keep these two letters in a safe place. If you are not an existing stockholder or optionee, BNY Mellon will automatically send you these two letters shortly after you receive stock or options for the first time.

If you are an existing stockholder or optionee, or a current ESPP participant or ESPP eligible and you did not receive these letters or if you have misplaced them, please contact BNY Mellon at: 866-400-SAIC (7242) in the U.S. or 201-680-6625 if you are outside of the U.S.

Customer service representatives are available from 3 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET each business day. If BNY Mellon does not have an email address for your account, your access information will be sent through standard U.S. mail.
