Ethics and Code of Conduct

We would like to take this opportunity to remind our suppliers of our commitment to conduct business with uncompromising integrity. This commitment is clearly established in SAIC's Code of Conduct. Commensurate with the size and nature of their businesses, we expect our suppliers to have management and business systems in place to support compliance with the letter, spirit, and intent of applicable laws, regulations, and the expectations related to or addressed expressly in SAIC’s Supplier Code of Conduct.  As such, SAIC requires suppliers to sign SAIC’s Supplier Code of Conduct prior to SAIC issuing an award to the supplier.  It is not necessary to sign the Supplier Code of Conduct at this time; it will be provided to you at the point in which SAIC anticipates issuing an award.
