Navigating Regulatory and Funding Issues
We understand the challenges faced by local, state and federal agencies, and we help our clients navigate through the funding, regulatory and program management issues to deliver safe, accessible and efficient transportation systems. Our services include systems engineering analysis, data fusion analysis, data quality guidelines, assessment of travel forecasting models, and supply chain management modeling and analysis.
Design
We are a transportation leader specializing in survey, transportation planning, transportation engineering, NEPA, GIS and environmental Services. We have considerable experience obtaining National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) environmental clearance for highway improvement projects. We coordinate with state and federal agencies to ensure that the NEPA environmental clearance process goes smoothly and is completed as quickly as possible.
Infrastructure and Equipment Management
Many of America's roadways, bridges, tunnels and associated infrastructure/equipment are reaching the end of their design life and need to be reconstructed or rehabilitated and properly maintained. SAIC works with state, federal, and commercial customers to assist them in developing and implementing innovative and effective strategies for managing their infrastructure.
