SAIC is staffed by professional land surveyors who are trained to provide field and office surveying services to address all survey and title issues. Our surveyors specialize in providing, coordinating,and reviewing land title surveys for multisite, multistate projects. We have registered surveyors in all 50 states and the territories and can provide multiple boundary surveys at different locations under one contract.

We locate all planimetric and topographic features, including structures, paving, and utilities features for water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, gas, overhead electric, underground electric, fiber optics, and communication cables. Each feature or point’s coordinate locations are collected with sub-centimeter accuracy. We save our customers time and money by planning efficient routes and establishing the survey methodology prior to commencing field work to avoid duplication and resurveying.
