Anti-Discrimination and EO Compliance – April 30, 2025

On January 21, 2025, the President of the United States issued an Executive Order (EO), entitled:  “Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity.”  Effective immediately, this EO significantly changed the obligations of companies that contract with the government, including SAIC, with respect to both Affirmative Action and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
  
SAIC is committed to full compliance with the EO and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.  To the extent that historical documents published on our website contain language that may be inconsistent with the EO and applicable law, such references have been superseded by this statement.
