AMCOM EXPRESS (GSA BPA)
Contract for the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Expedited Professional & Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) uses a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) on the GSA MAS Schedule to provide advisory and assistance services to AMCOM and its customers with Federal Supply Schedule contractors in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation.
The ITES-3S contracts are the U.S. Army's preferred source for the purchase of a full range of services and solutions within and outside the continental United States.
Army Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) is a multiple award IDIQ Performance Based Services Contract that provides customized, best-value solutions to diverse group RS3 primary service areas, including but not limited to Engineering: Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E); Logistics: Acquisition and Strategic Planning; and Education and Training Services.
DHS EAGLE II

DTIC - IAC MAC
Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) Information Analysis Center Multiple Award Contract (IAC MAC) is a multiple award IDIQ that provides Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) and R&D-related advisory and assistance services to the DOD and other acquisition communities that fit within three primary domain areas: Defense Systems, Cyber-Security and Information Systems, and Homeland Defense and Security.
GSA - Alliant 2
The GSA Alliant 2 Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a multiple award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides a full range of comprehensive IT services and integrated IT services-based solutions. Alliant 2 provides flexibility as emerging technologies and the definition of information technology evolve.
GSA - ASTRO
ASTRO is a family of 10 separate multiple award, IDIQ contracts. The ASTRO scope includes operations, maintenance, readiness, development, systems integration, support, and research and development for manned, unmanned, and optionally manned systems, robotics, and platforms, as well as the services that support those systems, robotics, and platforms. These systems, robotics, and platforms may be based on land, air, sea, and/or space.

GSA - IT Schedule 70
IT Schedule 70 is the largest, most widely used acquisition vehicle in the federal government. Schedule 70 is an IDIQ multiple award schedule, offering innovative solutions to federal, state and local governments' information technology needs.

GSA OASIS is a multiple award IDIQ contract that provides flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services.
GSA - PSS
SAIC's Professional Services Schedule is a multiple award schedule that incorporates the Advertising and Integrated Marketing Services (AIMS), Financial and Business Solutions (FABS), Logistics Worldwide (LOGWORLD), Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS), and Professional Engineering Services (PES) Schedules.
NASA - SEWP V
SEWP is a multi-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) with a ceiling value of $20 billion per contract. NETCENTS-2 - NetOps
On the NETCENTS 2 full and open IDIQ vehicle, established by the U.S. Air Force, SAIC provides network operations, infrastructure, and service oriented architecture implementation and transformation services and solutions to the U.S. Army, Air Force, Navy, Department of Defense (DOD), and federal agencies.
NETCENTS 2 - EISM
Provides the Air Force's air staff, major commands, direct reporting units (DRUs), and center-level organizations strategic level consulting to help manage and plan for IT and net-centric changes within their domains. The scope includes enterprise level integration and service management support for both infrastructure and mission capabilities.

This DIR Cooperative Contracts Program allows customers to purchase items directly from a DIR-contracted vendor. Customers contact the vendor for product and pricing information.
