JRE is designed to be intuitive, enabling a new user to configure links and start connecting with little or no training. The JRE Operator’s Course trains users on operations. The course also trains maintainers on proper setup, and interface requirements. All students receive practical application training covering JRE server and JRE client configuration and common hardware used in current operations, including SATCOM, Secure Telephone Equipment (STE), SADL radios, and Link-16 radios (MIDS, STT, & TTR).

The requesting party will receive pricing information for the number of JRE training seats for your requested date. The enrollment fee must paid one (1) week in advance of the course start date (or per approved contract). Once enrollment is confirmed you will be provided with full instructions including payment processing. Class size is limited to eight (8) students per session and enrollment is first come first serve. Classes must have a minimum of four (4) students per session or class is subject to cancellation. Reservation and Cancellation Policies for JRE Training Class

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are not subject to a cancellation fee at this time. Payments will not be refunded but the purchaser will retain a credit for a future JRE course, pending availability. To cancel a class, please send a written cancellation (e.g., email) 72 hours prior to your class date. If for any reason SAIC cancels a class, you are entitled to attend the next available class. SAIC shall not be liable to cover any other costs incurred by the class attendee.

Reservation Policy: All reservations should be secured by reviewing the class availability schedule on the JRE Website at https://www.saic.com/jre . All phone requests have 7 days to make payment for the class. Class payment is due when you schedule your class but not later than 1 week prior to your class start date. All classes must be paid in full by Government credit card, Contractor credit card, purchase order, or cashier’s check.

Confirmations by Email: All reservations are confirmed by email. Email spam filters may re-route our confirmations into your junk or spam folders. Please check before calling our office.

Confirmations Include: Confirmation of your class, driving direction links, and helpful links to prepare yourself for your trip.

We ask that you keep a paper copy of your email confirmation along with the actual email stored in your computer. The email confirmation is an important reference regarding your class. Delete it after your training class is over!
