Jeffrey Little is Acting Executive Vice President of SAIC’s Army Navy Business Group. In this role, he leads the group’s strategy, growth, program execution, and business performance in support of mission-critical programs for the U.S. Army, Navy, and Marine Corps.

With more than four decades of experience, Little brings extensive expertise in defense operations, business development, technology modernization, and national security. Since joining SAIC in 2019, he has held several leadership positions within the Army Navy Business Group. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations, overseeing business execution and helping align the group’s markets and functions around enterprise priorities.

Little joined SAIC as Vice President of Growth and Strategy for Navy and Marine Corps programs. He built and led a growth organization focused on the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command and Marine Corps Systems Command, helping expand the business’s pipeline and strengthen its approach to competitive pursuits. 

Before joining SAIC, Little held growth and business development leadership roles at Engility and Raytheon. At Engility, he led a growth organization supporting customers across the Department of Defense. During his time at Raytheon, he helped expand the company’s cyber, command-and-control, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance business. Prior to that, he served as a government civilian with U.S. Fleet Cyber Command and the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations.

A 24-year U.S. Navy veteran, Little began his career as an Information Warfare Officer specializing in cryptology. His assignments included operational and staff leadership roles supporting intelligence, cyber, signals and multi-domain operations. He was the first cryptologic officer to serve as operations officer aboard a Ticonderoga-class cruiser and contributed to the development and operation of tactical intelligence systems across the fleet.

Little studied computer information systems at Saint Leo University and completed leadership, acquisition and capture-management programs through George Washington University, Raytheon and the Defense Acquisition University.
