Jim Reagan is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). With annual revenues of $7.3 billion and approximately 23,000 employees, SAIC provides engineering, digital, artificial intelligence, and mission solutions across the defense, space, intelligence, and civilian markets.

Reagan joined SAIC's Board of Directors in January 2023 and was appointed Interim CEO in October 2025 before being named permanent CEO in February 2026 following an extensive national search. His selection reflected the Board's confidence in his exceptional understanding of the company's mission, customers, and markets. A seasoned executive with nearly two decades of senior leadership and business transformation experience in the defense and government services industry, Reagan brings deep expertise and an unwavering commitment to advancing SAIC's mission in support of the nation's evolving security needs.

Previously, Reagan served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Leidos Holdings, a leading defense, intelligence, and civil government solutions company. Earlier in his career, he held CFO roles at Vencore, Inc., a defense contractor serving the Intelligence Community and Department of War, and PAE, Inc., a defense and government services engineering contractor. Before that, he served as CFO of Aspect Communications and held several senior roles at MCI Telecommunications, Nextel, and AMS, building a strong foundation of financial and operational expertise across the government and technology sectors.

Reagan currently serves on the board of Unanet, a leading provider of ERP and CRM software for the government contracting, construction, architecture, and engineering industries; as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Air & Space Forces Aid Society (AFAS), the official relief organization of the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force; as a director of the Wolf Trap Foundation, where he helps shape the organization's vision, promotes the arts, and enhances its positive community impact; and as a board member of the Jamestown Rediscovery Foundation, dedicated to preserving, educating, and advancing archaeological work at Historic Jamestowne.

Reagan earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from The College of William & Mary and his MBA from Loyola University Maryland.
