Ravi Dankanikote is the Chief Growth Officer at SAIC, where he leads the company’s enterprise growth strategy and go-to-market approach with a deep focus on delivering customer value and mission impact. Drawing on more than 30 years of growth leadership experience in the government contracting sector, he is recognized for building highperforming, customer-centric teams that align strategic growth decisions with mission outcomes and long-term customer trust.
As Chief Growth Officer, he drives customer success by grounding growth decisions in mission outcomes and long-term customer trust, ensuring SAIC’s growth efforts are anchored in the needs and priorities of those it serves. Dankanikote brings extensive experience creating and executing growth strategies, leading collaborative growth organizations and unifying investments around long-term enterprise goals.
Prior to his current role, he served as Chief Growth Officer at Peraton, SAIC’s Senior Vice President for Business Development, and Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategic Growth and GWAC Operations at CACI, where he was responsible for enterprise-wide business development and capture strategies for Department of Defense and civilian customers. Across his career, he has been widely commended for his ability to deeply understand customer mission requirements and shape solutions that deliver tangible, sustained value.
He is highly engaged in the national security and government technology community, chairing several industry boards. He is also a member of AFCEA and several other DoD-related non-profits, and serves as the executive sponsor of SAIC’s Multi-Cultural Employee Resource Group. Dankanikote holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Shippensburg University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from R.V. College of Engineering in Bangalore, India.
